Description

At culturalive we grow vegetables to ferment for our sauerkraut and kimchi. We ferment by inviting wild bacteria to culture our organic vegetables and herbs. Fennel, cabbage, garlic, burdock, nettles, carrots and turnips are a few of the amazing foods we add to our dozen varieties of unpasteurized krauts.
