400 meters from Hwy 1 on Koksilah Road in Cowichan Bay. Island Shire specializes in strawberries, garlic, tomatoes, broccoli, kale, raspberries, and beans. Call ahead for any vegetable or berry orders. You can also find Island Shire and its jams, salsa, and dill beans at the Duncan Farmer’s Market on Saturdays from April to October. Island Shire’s pork is pasture-raised and limited, so order in February.
