Xocolat Chocolate makes farm-to-table chocolate. The process begins on their farm in Costa Rica where Pascal and Kari grow the cacao. Once harvested, they bring the cacao back to Vancouver Island where they process the beans into chocolate bars. Because they do all of the harvesting, fermenting and chocolate-making process, they put care into every step of the process—from bean to bar. Xocolat also offers chocolate-based skin care products.
