Description

Growing Opportunities Farm Community Co-op is a non-profit farming co-operative that got its start in 2008 and was formally established in 2013. Growing Opportunities believes in a community-based food system that is equitable and empowering. The farm provides hands-on opportunities to people of all skills and abilities, supporting a variety of work programs as well as farm research. Growing Opportunities Farm offers a seasonal Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) produce box called the Farm Gate Crate, in partnership with Nanaimo Association for Community Living.
