Innisvale Farm is a hundred-year-old farm originally owned by Colonel Rice. Situated northeast of Duncan near Maple Bay, there are 80 acres of forest, pastures and blueberries; these grow in a six-acre former lake bed providing a field of peat that gives the berries their delicious flavour. The farmhouse is a classic early BC building surrounded by gardens, sited to view Mt. Prevost, just above Richards Creek and below the forest trail to the blueberries.
The farm sells pre-picked blueberries by the case and offers U-picking. The farm also has plums, pears and apples available in season. Call ahead for larger orders.
