The Garden is an experimental farm that grows subtropical fruit in a 6,000 square-foot greenhouse, using low-carbon emission technologies and techniques. Wholesale production of over 40 varieties of citrus and other subtropical fruit, including passion fruit. With over 35 years experience in greenhouse production of hydroponic vegetables and market gardening, Jane offers workshops on sustainable greenhouse design.
